I'm Luciana and I'm a certified Pilates instructor, passionate about helping people to understand how their bodies move and how to make them move better and without discomfort. I have been working in the Fitness Industry for more than 12 years as a Personal Trainer, since I graduated in Sports Science in Brazil  (where I'm from, originally). And way before then, from childhood, I have been an admirer of sports and movement in general.

 

Since I have qualified as a Comprehensive Pilates instructor with Polestar Pilates UK, the Pilates method became the main tool of my work.
