Private Sessions

Each body has its own particularities, hence why some movements can be super easy for one person and a big challenge for another. 


1:1 sessions are perfect to explore the movement that is available to YOUR body and to reach the goals you set to yourself. 

These sessions are available online (remotely through Zoom), they can also be done at your home (if you live locally) or in a Pilates/Yoga studio near to your house.
